Greenacres

Greenacres is a renovated bungalow on one level, set in Perthshire countryside near Errol. The building centres on an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with patio doors onto a private garden. A wood burner in the living area and oil central heating keep things warm; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, combi microwave-oven-grill, dishwasher and all the usual appliances. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial fuel for the burner are included.

Four bedrooms sleep eight: three with king beds and one with a double. Two bathrooms, both with heated towel rails, serve the property. A hot tub for six sits on the enclosed patio, which also has seating and garden furniture. The garden itself is landscaped but has two steps down to it. There is parking for five cars on site and an electric charging point. The property is non-smoking.

Perth and Dundee are both within easy reach, making this a practical base for exploring Tayside and beyond. The village of Errol is close by, and the wider Perthshire countryside offers walking and other outdoor interests.
