Hatton Cottages - Osprey Cottage

Osprey Cottage is a converted property set within 3 acres of wooded grounds near Dunkeld in Perth and Kinross. The building retains character through polished wooden floors and traditional touches, with bedrooms downstairs offering cosiness and the living areas upstairs. A king bedroom and a twin bedroom provide sleeping for four, alongside two bathrooms—one with a shower, one with a bath.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The living room has a TV and DVD player. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are all included; heating is oil-fired. One pet stays free of charge. Parking for two cars sits on site, and there is a bike store for exploring the surrounding area.

The grounds include a shared garden with seating and furniture, though note there is an unfenced stream running through them. Walks start from the doorstep through the woods, where roe deer are regularly seen. Dunkeld village—with shops, pubs and the cathedral—is 2½ miles away. The Loch of Lowes Wildlife Reserve is nearby, as is an 18-hole golf course. No smoking is permitted inside.
