Lovely Little Let suits couples, small families, and groups of up to four looking for a rural base without isolation. The maisonette occupies two floors in Birnam, a village within walking distance of Dunkeld's independent shops, cafés and riverside paths, and close enough to the train station for trips further afield. One dog stays free, and there is on-site car parking.

Downstairs holds the living and dining room, where a Freeview Smart TV provides evening entertainment, plus a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual appliances for self-catering. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with a double and its own Smart TV—and a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. The property is non-smoking.

Birnam Arts Centre and Beatrix Potter's Garden are across the road. The Hermitage forest walk along the River Braan, famed for its Douglas firs and waterfalls, is a short stroll away. Dunkeld's cathedral, restaurants and local produce markets are reached by an easy walk downstream. The River Tay, Loch of the Lowes wildlife reserve, and salmon fishing are also within reach for those wanting to venture further into Perthshire.
