The Lodge Cottage

Working farmland surrounds The Lodge Cottage in rural Perthshire, giving you the quiet of the countryside while Crieff's shops and restaurants are only 7 miles away. The Famous Grouse distillery at Glenturret is within reach for a tour, and the area hosts the Crieff Highland Games and Drovers' Tryst Walking Festival. Ground-floor layout means everything—living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom—is on one level.

You get a kingsize bed in one room and two singles in the other, a kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher for proper cooking, and a living room with electric woodburner and smart TV. The enclosed garden has a lawned section and seating area. One small dog stays free, though it must be on a lead outside the garden since this is a working farm. Essentials like electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. There's parking for two cars on site, a bike store, and a freezer in the shed. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.
