Eastermoss

Eastermoss is a single-storey detached house built to modern standards, set among farmland near Methven village in Perthshire. Everything happens on the ground floor: a spacious living room with Smart TV and books, a well-equipped kitchen with an Aga, utility room with washer-dryer, and four bedrooms spread across two ensuite rooms and one family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king beds; one has a double; one has two singles. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, there is parking for four cars and a south-facing garden with decking and seating. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The rural setting means clear night skies and local wildlife, while the location works as a base for exploring central Scotland—Perth and its historical sites are nearby, as are Loch Tay, Ben Lawers, and Pitlochry. No smoking in the property.
