The Wee Manse

The Wee Manse is a single-room studio with everything you need built in. Ground floor throughout, it combines living, sleeping and dining areas in one open space, with a separate shower room. The double bed comes dressed in Egyptian cotton; a smart TV, wi-fi and electric heating keep you comfortable; the kitchen has a hob, microwave grill and fridge for self-catering. There's a patio with garden furniture and an electric vehicle charging point. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with wi-fi and electricity costs.

The studio stands on the edge of Aberfeldy town centre—a two-minute walk to shops and restaurants—yet in a quiet location with its own private entrance and parking for one car. The Fountain Bar & Restaurant is within a mile. Walks lead directly from the property into the surrounding Perthshire landscape. No smoking inside.
