Mill View is a three-bedroom apartment in central Aberfeldy, on the main street but set back with its own enclosed garden and a sense of privacy. The master bedroom has a super king bed and opens onto a balcony; the second has a king bed, and the third contains two singles. There are two bathrooms, both with heated towel rails. Downstairs, an open-plan living space has a wood burner, a 42-inch smart TV, and a kitchen fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. The enclosed garden has seating and furniture; there is parking on the road outside.

Aberfeldy sits on the River Tay in rural Perthshire, surrounded by woodland walks, and home to the Birks falls, fishing, a golf course and sports facilities including a swimming pool. The main street has independent shops, restaurants, a library and cinema within walking distance. A pub is less than a mile away. The property is not available to smokers.
