The building sits on a 10-acre smallholding where Highland cattle and sheep graze, with countryside views stretching across Perthshire. The whole property is yours alone, with two bedrooms and a bathroom arranged on the ground floor, plus an open-plan living space where you can prepare meals or settle in for the evening. One dog is welcome.

The main draw here is the private hot tub in the garden—there are also outside seating areas positioned to catch the sun.
