So my company books the places I stay in so I have no selection of where I stay. Now this place is beautiful but the pub directly below my room is annoying. Bingo, quiz and loud music pretty much every night bearing in mind im hard of hearing the constant noice limits my sleep pattern. Food is amazing and breakfast is spot on I would just love a decent night's kip. Personally get the steak if your having a meal its the best ive ever had and the waitress with the glasses (I didnt catch her name) is your best asset she cant do enough and is constantly on the move seeing to all the guests attending dinner. . 5 stars to her alone. I may add to this review as my week draws to a close.

This hotel is run by an Indian family and incorporates a curry restaurant. Curries can also be eaten within the pub. I asked for something not on the menu, a South Indian garlic chilli chicken. The chef was happy to cook it for me and it was the best version of this dish that I have ever had. The haggis & neeps chat was also good as was all of the other food and service. I can't wait to return.

I have just recently stayed at the hotel, on arrival I was meet by a very pleasant lady who helped me check in and showed me to my room. I cannot complain about anything here except room 1 could do with black out curtains because of the lamp post out, but honestly great hotel to stay at
