This was my second stay at Trinity Boutique B&B in Peterhead, and once again I had a very good experience. On my visits I’ve stayed in both the Oriental Room, which is at the rear of the property, and the Moroccan Room, which faces the road. Both rooms were tastefully decorated. The Moroccan Room is at the front of the property, traffic noise was minimal and didn’t disturb my stay. Parking is on the street, but I found the area to be secure and had no concerns leaving my vehicle there, even though it contained high-value items. I had no issues with parking throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-maintained B&B in a convenient location, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Good location. Easy to find with Google maps. Within walking distance of restaurants. Parking was available on the street. The shower had good water pressure. Unfortunately that's the end of the nice things I can say. Please read to the end if you are considering staying here. Reference the photos. The cleanliness left something to be desired; grime on the door casings in the hallways. Carpet is dirty and rumbled. The photos show designer soaps and bathrobes. Our room had none of that. The photos on the website for the room we stayed in are not even all of this room. Very creative photography. There is no shelf to put anything on in the bathroom. The hand towel ring is mounted on top of the cup holder (never seen that before). And the towel ring is falling off the wall. We had used the door lock coming and going at least four times and it worked fine. At bedtime the latch was not functioning properly and the door had to be slammed to close. In the morning, the latch was so stuck we couldn't get out of our room. After five minutes of trying my husband was pounding on the door and got the attention of a women cleaning an adjacent room. I had been trying to call host Yuliya, and left her a voice message. She called me back but the door had been opened by that point. The first thing she said was "no one else ever complain about this, you must not know how to use it". (We are well traveled, mature adults and own a home. We understand the mechanics of opening a door latch). She wanted to argue about it instead of apologizing for a bad experience. Saying something along the lines of I'm sorry this happened and we will take care of it, is what should have been said. With that part of the morning drama over, we went downstairs to breakfast. The photos on the internet are certainly not of breakfast here. The dining area was cold and dark. No coffee. No napkins. There was fresh fruit. And a frig that had an opened package of sliced ham and a package of cheese. They couldn't be bothered with putting it on a tray. During "breakfast" Yuliya showed up and said she came to look at the door lock. Again, "no one ever complained so you must have broken it". She wanted to go up to the room while we were eating and we told her no, our things are still in there and she can wait until we are ready to check out. Her rudeness and abrasiveness was unbearable. When we went back to our room, we were hurrying because we didn't want to be there another minute. We spilled a little tea on the already spoiled and stained carpet and were in the midst of cleaning up when Yuliya showed up. In addition to the door latch I showed her the towel ring coming off the wall. I will spare you the details of her mean and nasty comments. After we left she sent me a horrible email accusing us of vandalism. What she doesn't know is I have photos date and time stamped of all the ugliness and disrepair taken the night we checked in. Thankfully this was the only experience such as this on a 15 day trip in Scotland. Advice for other travelers: always take pictures asap when something is damaged or broken in your room. And please do yourself a favor, don't stay here.

We loved our stay at the Boutique! All the rooms were themed (a heated bathroom floor in the Jacobean room!). We had breakfast included and the boutique was very clean and cozy!

Following a 3 night stay, Trinity absolutely lived up to its billing, a delightful boutique B&B maintained to a very high standard. The premises were immaculate, extremely relaxed and fresh produce was provided every day for breakfast. There was ample parking outside and the internet was great for carrying out work related tasks. Yulia was the perfect host with nothing too much trouble and I would highly recommend staying here..!!
