What visitors say
Great place to stay and use as a base to visit East Yorkshire. Let's start with the pods, bed comfy, outside area to sit on, 2 extra padded chairs and table. Tea facilities provided but bring your own cutlery to eat with, not an issue. Comfort package worth the money, towels and bedding good quality. The onsite toilet block was spotless and remained so throughout our stay. Shower was great, bring your own gels etc. Communial fridge and freezer was available, super facilities all around. Now the location, please visit Burnby Gardens around 4 miles away, lovely place. The Bempton Cliffs and Filey around a hour away, worth a visit to spot the puffins. Pocklington has plenty to offer and has 2 good supermarkets. Rachel was friendly during check in and you can tell the place means a lot to her. 10/10, we'll return.

AWH! Well all I can say is how beautiful this place is! The other half booked a two night stay for us for my birthday and, boy, was it the best gift! The pod was well equipped with a little TV/dvd player and coffee making station, the bed is extremely comfy, a little heater for when its chilly, there is a small block just a very short walk away with a very clean and well equipped shower and toilets, there's also a kitchen area for pot wash, a fridge freezer and a microwave, a good stock of DVD's, (you should name this area 'Blockbuster'!😂for nostalgic reasons of course..) ... and then the grounds are just perfect, beautiful, peaceful, so lovely when its lit up on a night!.. The owners are so wonderfully friendly and welcoming! Their little dog Milo is a cutie, we felt so welcomed! ... They let us view the bigger luxury pod when it was available before the next guests arrived and that is just stunning! There is a little sauna tent that I was shown by the lovely brother in law of Rebecca, he was so informative and friendly, the sauna wasn't quite ready for guests yet as its nearly finished being put together but il pack my swimming costume for the next time we visit! .. It really was like going to stay at an old friend's place, we weren't bothered by anyone but if we needed anything then someone was there.. Pocklington is just a 6 min drive away so not far from here so we can go eat or get supplies easily. This place is growing, Rebecca's plans sound amazing and this place is only going to get better and more beautiful! I cannot wait til the next time we visit and see the progress and have just the most amazing, peaceful rest away from the world! Thankyou so much for making this stay with you so fantastic and memorable 💖

Had a lovely 2 day break in the 1 of the pods, nice and clean on arrival. Free coffee & tea and small Tv/Dvd player, also a heater for chilly nights and a fan for the hotter nights. A very peaceful site. Amenities was spotless. Staff very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Lovely little camp. Was given the stay as a gift but we loved it so much that we will be back and for longer. The only downside I could say is that the shower is far too hot and isn't very powerful but I do understand that showers in camps like this are for refreshing rather than a full wash. If did the job the beds were more than comfortable and I love that there was a fridge we could put drinks ect especially during the heatwave. The owners also provided us fan and they went out of their way to provide as they didn't have any when we arrived but went out and purchased one for us. So I would say they are very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
