Rick made me really welcome even though I was earlier than expected due to being lucky enough to get on standby with the ferry to Skye. Lovely room, huge ensuite (bath and separate shower) all the usual tea/coffee etc except Georgie had supplied me with GF biscuit...lovely thought. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice but highly recommend Georgie's Eggy bread with maple syrup and bacon. Location meant driving to town to eat but the Gasta restaurant a few minutes away good value. Lovely place to spend a night or two.

We stayed at Canowindra for two nights, and it was absolutely beautiful. Georgie and Rick were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were wonderful hosts, and the entire experience was truly memorable. We would 100% recommend Canowindra and hope to return someday!
