About Twin Rivers Caravan Park
Twin Rivers Caravan Park is a caravan site in Foel, just outside Welshpool in Powys. It sits alongside Twin Ayre Country Park, making it an immediate choice if you want access to the park's facilities and grounds without leaving the immediate area.
The site has showers. Beyond that, the facts are sparse. Nearby is Glan yr Afon Dau, a wellness retreat, and The Clean'ish Club House is a short walk away. What the pitches are, what else is on site, and what the setting is like beyond the country park are not detailed here.

What visitors say
The hot tub was cold on arrival. The glamping pod was a joke. It was dirty all bits and dead bugs on the floor. The shower had slime and public hairs all over also it was blocked. We take a black light and the kettle glowed up eww. They hadn’t even bothered to make the bed. It got worse when we noticed the heating was broken so we asked for a heater and never got one. All the lights was hanging down and flickering. We only stayed 3 hours and we left. My mrs cleaned up a bit while we was there it cost us £256. We requested a refund but they was very funny with us accusing us of taking drugs and I requested the incident number from the police they said they called out but was ignored so they lie to. Please go elsewhere everything is bad.

I had to pick one star to right this review but really it’s a zero! We booked a surprise trip for someone and we went to go look at where he was going to be staying (was). Not anymore. It’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen anything like it. There is a huge hole in the cabin that the surprise was for. A massive hole left to rot. All the weeds and grass is overgrown. Looks scruffy. Wouldn’t want to go there anyway. Don’t know what the rooms look like but the campsite was nothing like the photos I didn’t see one singular hot tub in the Cabins and there’s no safety. Kids can’t be seen around the corners and makes it unsafe. Sorry but everything was rusty too. Looks like it’s been abandoned. If you could live there I wouldn’t even for free.

Never booked anything here. We had booking for 2 night. Manager Daniel send us info before checked in that we got upgraded to luxury lodge. Unfortunately, when we saw reviews about this place it was too late for cancellation. There was a hope that “luxury” lodge will be in good condition. But it was dirty everywhere, kitchen area, bathroom, bedroom. No toiletries. And the worse part is no WARM WATER!!! We tried to contact manager several times but he didn’t answer. Check in was late at 4pm and check out 10am. In 6 hours they can’t prepare for next guests. Please, save your money and avoid this place

We have moved our touring caravan onto Twin Rivers for a seasonal pitch. The site is very natural and greenery is well cared for. Staff are so welcoming and lovely, always happy to help. We have been in the bar quiet a few times and is good price very welcoming. We have 2 small children who love the site as its very family orientated which us a bonus for us as all parents know how hard it is if children are unhappy. Showers for the touring/campers is one best showers iv used while on sites. It's location is in-between 2 towns but what I love the most is the views of the river & mountains. Very happy here and look forward to many years here.
