Bodeinion

Llanfair Caereinion sits in the Banwy valley, a small Powys town built around St Mary's Church with a butcher, bakery, café and three pubs within easy reach. The Goat Hotel is nearby, and river walks start just across the road—under three minutes on foot.

The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: two doubles and one with a pair of singles. One double has an ensuite with walk-in shower; the main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. Downstairs, the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, the dining room seats six, and there's a small patio. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. One dog stays free. There are steps within the grounds. Parking is available on site, and check-in is after 15:00.
