Strawberry Skys Yurts

We had a fantastic stay in Cedar cabin it genuinely exceeded our expectations! We wanted to disconnect for the weekend, enjoy nature and explore a new place and that's exactly what we did. Anya made sure we felt welcome, had everything we needed and at the same time also made us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves which is the perfect balance for a stay like this. We found it very helpful that when you book there is a digital information app that you can download which answers any question you could have about your stay, what to bring, the facilities and what to do in the area. The accommodation was very clean and well thought out. The bed was very comfortable and it's so nice to have a fire pit outside and a wood burner inside, it really adds to the experience. It's very clear that Anya and Eric have thought of everything and enjoy glamping themselves because all the facilities are very well set up for you to be able to kick back and relax. The area is beautiful with lots of countryside surrounding the yurts and the locals are really friendly. If you bring a car there are lots of options of places to visit and things to do and see nearby depending on the type of holiday you'd like to have. I stayed at Anya's place with some friends and my dog at the end of May for a long weekend. We had the BEST time. Anya is the perfect host: quick in her replies, always happy to help and super friendly. The accommodation we chose could only host 4 people but we were in 5 and Anya accommodated our request. We stayed in Cedar and it was very spacious, the beds were comfortable and we had a wood stove that we lit on one night and it made the place very cozy. The space outside is huge. The other yurts/cabins are quite close but you still have your privacy. The communal kitchen is super clean and it has everything you need to cook, included a wood oven for pizza which was amazing. I could go on and on for hours talking about how amazing this place is. If you are considering a little getaway, it is the best place to be. We will be back :)

We love Strawberry Skies Yurts!! The first time we visited was around 12 years ago! Eric and Anya are always really helpful, and are very quick to solve any issues you have. How the site has changed!! and for the better not to say when we were first there it wasn't great but now it simply amazing. We stayed in the Cedar "yurt" a beautifully hand grafted wooden yurt. It is very spacious for a family of four and our medium sized dog, even with family visiting us from the Ash yurt there was plenty of space for 8 people. The new addition of the individual toilet block is awesome. They are well built and very clean. The kitchen again much the same great facility and also very clean. I cant recommend Strawberry skies enough, hire the whole site and visit with other family and friends you will not regret it.

Just had a lovely weekend spent here at strawberry yurts. We were welcomed by the owners and shown around the site. The yurts were fantastic so clean and tidy and comfortable! Each had a log burner inside for the evenings. The kitchen facilities were great and had everything that we needed for our stay each yurt has its own cupboard and fridge freezer which was great! The toilet and washing facilities were very clean and tidy with great showers and a compost loo! This site is a lovely small family run site and we really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back next year! Thankyou to the owners for all there help during the stay
