The property sits on 35 acres of working farmland in Powys, with views across rolling pasture toward Cadair Berwyn and the Shropshire Hills. Built from locally quarried stone, reclaimed Welsh slate and cedar, it was designed by an architect and completed by local craftsmen as a fully bespoke dwelling.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms serve six guests. The master suite contains a spa-style bathroom and Himalayan salt sauna. A wraparound terrace overlooks the farmland and holds a hot tub; a stone-built pizza oven sits ready for cooking. Inside, wifi and heating are provided, along with bed linen and towels. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted.
