Pennant

Llanerfyl is 14 miles west of Welshpool, in open countryside where walking routes cross farmland and valleys. The village sits within reach of Powys's outdoor attractions—the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway, Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust reserves, and the Brecon Beacons are all nearby. Pennant works well as a base for exploring on foot or by car, then returning to a comfortable house with space to unwind.

The property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two floors. Downstairs is a double with its own shower room, a games room with table football, and an open-plan kitchen and living area with a woodburner and Smart TV. Upstairs are two more doubles—one with an ensuite—and a third bedroom with single beds, plus a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, there is a garden with patio furniture and a BBQ, plus a private hot tub that seats six. Parking is available for three cars. The house does not permit smoking. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be arranged if needed.
