What guests say
Went for a Father's Day meal recently. Fantastic meal and service, really good time. Venue was rather busy, but the staff did an excellent job in feeding our group of 8. The food was superb, the vegetarian option was a success with our veggy guests. Top marks. Weather was very hot, so beer garden could have done with a bit more shade (more umbrellas?), but that is a minor issue and didn't spoil the lovely time we had.

We had the sharing platter, and it was absolutely incredible. Every dish was full of flavour, but the standout for me was the butter chicken – it was genuinely the best I’ve ever had. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the variety on the platter made for a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

We stopped here without planning as it was en route to our destination in Aberdovey. Cannot express how friendly staff were, especially as we were obviously not regular food fantastic, welcoming, lovely to our dog, relaxing pleasant stop over. Made a great start to our holiday ! Thank you! Beautiful place, the garden would have been beautiful if Storm Dave hadn't got us!

A mate and I stayed at the Aleppo for one night while doing a motorcycle tour around mid Wales. The place is clean, the rooms spotless, the service friendly and the food good. The bed was okay but I found the room very warm. Other than that, we had a great time.
