The Bungalow

The Bungalow stands within a sprawling caravan park in Montgomeryshire, surrounded by 55 acres of grounds that include woodland walks, a nature reserve, and the River Taff running through the property itself. The location suits those after countryside quiet without leaving civilisation entirely – there's a gym on-site, fishing opportunities in the river and stocked pools, and children's play areas within the grounds.

Layout-wise, the ground floor contains three bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, two with single beds each), a family bathroom, kitchen, dining room and sitting room with a wood-burning stove, plus a conservatory. Upstairs is a games and reading room, a second shower room, and spiral stairs connecting the two levels. The enclosed garden has a patio and lawn leading to the river; parking fits three cars. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered, plus Wi-Fi throughout.

The bungalow is yours alone – no shared access – and takes one well-behaved pet. The only restriction is that children under six cannot stay, due to the unfenced river within the garden boundary. No smoking indoors.
