The Lodges - Sweet Meadow Lodge

Sweet Meadow Lodge is a single-storey detached property on a working farm, with everything on one level and direct access from the entrance. The open-plan living space flows into a dining area with bi-folding doors onto a south-facing deck, where a private hot tub seats four. Two bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link king bed (convertible to twin singles), come with their own ensuite shower rooms and Freeview television. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler. A woodburner, underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included; logs for the burner are provided initially, then charged at £5 per basket. There is parking for two cars on the property.

The Powys countryside around Llandrindod Wells is walking and mountain biking terrain, with the Brecon Beacons National Park accessible for exploration. Nearby are Elan Valley with its dams, red kite feeding stations in Rhayader, and Brecon town itself. The Royal Welsh Showground hosts events throughout the year. A shop is four miles away; a pub and restaurant are two miles off. No smoking is permitted. The lodge can be booked together with a neighbouring property to sleep eight.
