About Ocean Heights Caravan Park
Ocean Heights Caravan Park enjoys a lovely elevated position above Pwllheli, with views stretching across Cardigan Bay on clear days. The outdoor pool is a big draw for families in summer, and there's a well-stocked games room plus a decent play area to keep younger children entertained. The bar and clubhouse provide a convivial spot for evening drinks without leaving site.
Pitches are mostly level, and the facilities are generally well-maintained, though a handful of reviews note that some areas could do with a refresh. Pwllheli's beaches and harbour are a short drive away, and the park makes a handy base for exploring the Llŷn Peninsula's quieter coves and coastal walks. Dogs are welcome, and there's launderette access for longer stays.

What visitors say
Let's start with check in, arrived at 4pm, the earliest you can only to find reception closed, found a number to call, had to leave a message, but in all fairness one of the maintenance guys turned up quickly. This is our second d trip here this year, and we were disappointed with the cleanines each time, from stains on the carpet and sofas to having to wash all the crockery before using. The nets on front window have multiple tears, patched up with sellotape, the wall in main bedroom is damaged as if a dog had been locked in and tried to get out, no attempt to fix or repair has been made. We are only here for a long weekend, but was expecting more. The site itself is clean and tidy, and well maintained. We chose this site as it's close to friends we came to visit.

It is a beautifully maintained quiet site. Our young grandchildren love the playground. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the atmosphere is very friendly. There is a quiet unspoiled beach within half a mile. Lovely Criccieth is 3 miles away, and Pwllheli with its supermarkets is 5 miles in the other direction. It's perfect.
