Seaview Cottage

Staithes itself—a working fishing village with independent shops, pubs and a beach—sits within easy reach, as does the Cleveland Way, which threads along the coast past hidden bays. North York Moors National Park is accessible for inland exploration. Seaview Cottage is a stone cottage refurbished in 2018, approached via a footpath and rough track, with a private garden and parking for one medium car.

Inside, the ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a multi-fuel burner and doors opening onto a partly decked garden; views run down towards the sea and village. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with twin singles and one with a double bed—each with a television and views across the coast. Two bathrooms service the property: an ensuite with bath and shower, and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Heating is electric with underfloor warming on the first floor, and initial fuel for the burner is included, along with bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. One large dog or two small dogs stay free.

The cottage is non-smoking and sleeps four across its two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
