Arrived at around 7pm, the building is quite old and has some of it's original features (beautiful) which is great but our room did have some issues with paint work. There was no aircon in the room so it was quite warm but not unbearable. We booked in for Fizz Friday so went downstairs for our dinner. The starters were nice and my husband chose some very nice chicken pasta but I had duck which was very dry and a 'fondant potato' which seemed to have been microwaved and was really not great. The drinks were good and the service staff were lovely. Pudding was okay but very, very sweet. We had a good night sleep in our room and booked in for spa treatments via the app. The spa staff were lovely and we had no problems. Breakfast was okay, usual buffet style full English and some continental options but the heat lamps on the food aren't very powerful so the food wasn't particularly warm. Overall we had a nice experience for what we paid and we would return again for the package.

We had a fantastic bottomless brunch at Southcrest Manor Hotel. The unlimited cocktails kept flowing throughout our visit, and the food was delicious—we enjoyed the Hawaiian pizza and ciabattas, which were both freshly prepared and really tasty. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was lovely, and the beautiful gardens and stunning venue made it an even more enjoyable experience. Overall, it was great value for money, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and enjoyable bottomless brunch. We'll certainly be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The venue is amazing and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but did the job. We happened to stay one of the warmest weeks and could have done with air-conditioning in the room. A fan is supplied and with the windows open, the temperature wasn't unbearable. Great food and great staff. The views are an added bonus. I would recommend this venue.

Nice hotel but nothing special, is vert tired and in need of a refresh to be honest, some of the wall paper was coming away from the walls, marks all over the walls going up the stairs and some stains on the carpets, all these things could and should be shorted to tidy the place up, There was no aircon in the room so it was quite warm but not unbearable. Fizz Friday was the deal we went for, which gives you a bottle of fizz dinner for two and breakfast innthe morning. The starters were nice i had chicken pasta suace was abit over powering, my wife went for the duck which was very dry and a square potato which seemed to have been microwaved and I honestly laughed it was that bad so we topped up on some cocktails and they were good the service staff were friendly and helpful, Pudding was okay, very sweet and putting currents in a sticky toffee pudding shoulde be illegal in my opinion, We had a good night sleep and booked in for spa treatments via the app. The spa staff were very nice and professional, Breakfast was okay, buffet style full English and continental options but the heat lamps on the food need upgrading the food wasn't warm. Overall was a good experience just need to tweak some bits and it would of scored higher.
