The whole place is yours alone, set on a quiet farm track with views across fields toward the Alme Hills.

Two cars can park on site. Fishing for carp and catfish is available with the owner's permission, and the surrounding fields suit walkers. A pub stands less than a mile away. Please note: no smoking, and the property is not suitable for children. One dog is welcome here.

Stratford-upon-Avon lies 8 miles south. Ragley Hall and Coughton Court, a Tudor house, are each a 5-minute drive. The Cotswolds, Warwick Castle and the Malvern Hills all sit within 30 minutes by car.
