Bailey Huts is a single hut on its own in meadowland near Clitheroe, designed as a complete retreat rather than a rural curiosity. Walking in, you find yourself in an open-plan living space: one side holds a kitchen with an electric oven, hob and full refrigeration; the other a dining and sitting area with a smart TV. The double bedroom sits at one end with its own en-suite shower room, where underfloor heating keeps things warm through the year. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, and there's a welcome pack to get you started.

The garden wraps around the hut with a firepit, barbecue and furniture for outside sitting. Your own hot tub occupies a heated cabin, paired with a sauna for the full circuit. There's space for two cars to park, and an electric vehicle charging point if needed. The meadow location means genuine quiet and privacy, though All Hallows Church at Great Mitton is near enough if you want to venture out. No smoking is the rule here. Arrive after 4pm and leave by 11am.

Just stayed at Bailey Huts and had an amazing time! This place is absolutely beautiful, quiet and perfect for a relaxing night or two away. Zoe went above and beyond for us and made the hut look extra special with some decorations and cute little gifts. It has everything you need and more. We’ll 100% be coming back for another stay!

This is such an amazing place. We spent 2 nights here and couldn't fault a thing. From before we got there, the communication from Zoe was excellent, she provided clear instructions and options for our stay, and was very responsive. We used all the facilities which were wonderful. We loved them all. The cold bath after the sauna was a real invigorating hit! Relaxing in the hammock listening to the lambs and birds was so tranquil. Zoe left us a gorgeous welcome pack with the tastiest treats - her homemade bread is next level! We also got the arrival board which was exactly what we needed to snack on for our first evening, a particular stand out was the focaccia and whipped feta! Just beautiful. Honesty shop is a brilliant idea, it's packed full of food / drinks / toiletries / anything you could need. Zoe is a very kind and thoughtful host who cares deeply about her guests. Gorgeous area too. We went for a BBQ at the Three Fishes and were impressed that the man himself - Nigel Haworth - came out for a chat and to get feedback on the food. Beautiful stay. We will be back xxx

We had a fabulous time at Bailey Huts this weekend! What’s an absolutely beautiful place in stunning surroundings. Zoe the owner had thought of every detail, cold drinks in the fridge, homemade bread, jam & butter for breakfast, some homemade gin & chocolates for a little evening treat. Luxury spa robes, hair dryer, toiletries, local restaurant / activity recommendations & and honesty shop incase you want any treats or have forgotten any essentials - honestly she’d thought of everything. When you’re away from home it’s all those little extra touches that make it special. It’s got a gorgeous ensuite with shower too. We spent the night having a bbq & enjoying the hot tub under the stars. There’s also a fabulous sauna, cold plunge pool & cold shower you can use too! We went to a gorgeous local pub for a drink aswell called the aspinal arms, was really lovely by the river. Overall would highly recommend Bailey Huts, it’s the nicest glamping experience I’ve had! 5 stars 🌟
