This extended farmhouse near Rochford has been substantially rebuilt and updated to combine period character with modern comfort. Five bedrooms spread across three floors each have their own ensuite wet room; four have king beds, and one holds two singles. Balconies and Juliet balconies open from most rooms, and the property sleeps 10 in total.
The ground floor is configured around a generous open-plan living space: a lounge with a smart TV flows into a dining area and a kitchen equipped for serious cooking, with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and the other essentials you'd expect. A second living room without a TV offers quieter space. Underfloor heating throughout, solar panels covering electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all provided. A wood-fired hot tub sits in the back garden, fuelled and ready to use, along with seating and a barbecue.
The farmland setting includes access to a fishing lake on the property. The house can accommodate one pet free of charge. Parking for two cars is available, and an electric car charging point is fitted. No smoking inside. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out before 10:00.

We had a wonderful time on Sunday visiting the pod, My children loved seeing Santa and the alpacas in there paddock. I would reccommend a visit.

Really lovely place for a walk! They have alpacas and ducks there! On a Sunday there is a pop up cafe from 10-4 which has some nice homemade cakes and various drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices!
