The Fair Salts and Rother's pebble beach are within reach on foot or a short drive, making this a good base for exploring the Kent coast. 66 Fish itself dates back to its days as a fishing storage shed, and the original pine floorboards from the early 1900s still run through the upper floor where the kitchen and living space are. Upstairs you also get a wood burner, a smart TV with streaming apps, and an open-plan layout that works well for groups.

Two bedrooms downstairs: one with a kingsize bed, the other with two singles that zip together into a super king if needed. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and there's a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, coffee machine and breakfast bar. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with wood for the burner.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a 24-square-metre deck, seating and a barbecue. One dog stays free. The property is yours alone, with parking for one car on site. No smoking inside.
