Twisly North Lodge

Twisly North Lodge sits on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, behind electric gates on a private country estate. The detached house opens onto a large lawned garden that gives way to ancient woodland, with a terrace hosting a hot tub, pizza oven, fire pit and table tennis table. The grounds feel genuinely secluded, yet the local pub is within walking distance and Rye, Brighton, Lewes, Hastings and other East Sussex destinations are easily reached by car.

Inside, the lodge holds four bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors. The master bedroom, a four-poster super king on the ground floor, opens to a balcony. The first floor includes a double and two singles, while the ground floor has another two single beds. The living spaces contain a 42-inch TV with Netflix and cinema surround sound, a dining room, and a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. Utility facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. Electricity, bed linen, towels and superfast Wi-Fi are included; a welcome pack of toiletries, travel cots and highchairs are provided for families with young children.

A covered patio with a bar area adjoins the main terrace. The garage houses a fridge-freezer for extra storage, and parking for four cars sits within the private grounds. The property is non-smoking.
