About Cobbs Hill Farm Caravan and Camping Park
Cobbs Hill Farm Caravan and Camping Park sits in peaceful East Sussex countryside, just a short hop from Bexhill-on-Sea's shingle beaches and Hastings' historic Old Town. Campers appreciate the friendly, family-run atmosphere and the genuinely warm welcome extended to dogs, making it popular with those touring the 1066 Country with four-legged friends in tow. Pitches come with electric hook-up, and facilities cover the essentials—showers, toilets, drinking water—though there's no WiFi, which some find refreshing and others less convenient depending on your needs.
The site strikes a nice balance: quiet enough to feel properly rural, yet close enough to Bexhill, Battle Abbey and the rolling South Downs for easy day trips. It's a straightforward, no-frills spot that does the basics well.

What visitors say
For a small family run farm I thought this was great value for money. It was clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone on a small budget and had lovely walks for dogs. Staff seemed really present.

May 2025 The campsite is okay, a bit too expensive for what it is. They were nice enough to wait for us a few minutes past closing time, but as cyclists we kind of felt unwelcome. Another huge downside: there wasn’t a single power outlet in the sanitary facilities.

Great campsite, very clean facilities. Grounds are well maintained. Nice little play park for the kids. (Unfortunately there were some rude horrid older children but not the sites fault). We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for an impromptu camping trip and were more than happy. We called the day before to book a pitch, on arrival the lady at reception (apologies didn't catch your name!) was polite and helpful. The pitches themselves were much bigger than we needed (medium tent) so had lots of space and other campers were spread out. The campsite itself was tidy and well looked after, the toilet and shower block were very clean. There's a children's play area with a slide/swing/climbing apparatus. If you're looking for a simple friendly camp site we'd highly recommend and will definitely be back.
