What visitors say
We’ve visited many times, and it’s always such a lovely place to take the kids. This time we fed the lambs, which was absolutely adorable. They also had an Easter trail running, and the children loved collecting all the stamps in the booklet we were given on arrival. Once we’d completed it, we headed off to see the Easter Bunny so the kids could collect their Easter eggs. You can easily spend the whole day here. We dipped in and out of seeing the animals and then spent ages in the incredible indoor wooden play park. There’s also an outdoor park, sand pits, and a wooden climbing frame, so there’s plenty to keep little ones busy. The staff are always extremely friendly, and the ice cream is out of this world — the Amaretto and black cherry flavour was just lush.

Visited over a weekend for pumpkin picking for the first time. An amazing set up for pumpkin picking, lots of pumpkins available, lots of props around the pumpkin patch and my five year old loved the carnival games. The farm itself is very well maintained and spread out. Lots of food and drink options available and multiple play areas to keep children entertained in between seeing the animals. Reasonably priced entry fees.

We took my daughter here over the Easter holidays and had such a fantastic time. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, and there was so much to do for the children. A lady called ‘Ellie’ really stood out to us and she was looking after all the lambs in the barn. She was helping all the children feed the lambs and had a smile on her face the entire time. She took the time to chat to us and was great with my daughter, such a hard working lady who clearly loves her job and the animals, it was lovely to see. The facilities at Mrs downsons have really improved , a great food court area and indoor play area, sand pits, outdoor play area , various animals that appear to be really well looked after and a little go kart area too. I’d love to see even more animals there in the future, we will definitely be returning.
