Stay April 2026 Firstly I would like to say the 2 bed apartment we stayed in was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed (except the shower was not working) The reason for the low rating is because I booked this accommodation solely for the facilities the hotel offered in particular pool, hot tub, breakfast however, other than when I first arrived and was able to walk straight into hotel (where a contract worker staying at hotel was the only person I found and he was behind the bar he then found a member of staff to check us in) at no other time during my stay (Fri-Sun) could I access the hotel at all. Sat & Sunday there was a sign on the door with a number to ring if the door was locked I repeatedly rang but no-one answered. When it came to checking out, again the door was locked. I looked in windows no-one in the hotel at all that I could see, I had to leave the apartment unlocked as there was nowhere to leave the key. I emailed the hotel to let them know about the key and my disappointment at being unable to use the pool or have breakfast etc. Response and customer service was very disappointing. I was told “other guests were using facilities” and that “the main door has to be kept locked due to contractual reasons” even though it was not locked upon my arrival. I would not have paid what I did for the apartment only! But I thought with facilities offered it was worth paying more. I was offered 10% off my next stay together with a welcome pack however I declined as there are lots of equally nice apartments within this area that I will be trying on my next visit. If booking, ask beforehand if facilities/bar etc will be available during your stay. Sign on door clearly states the hotel is NOT open to the public.

Reported no internet on arrival. Was not addressed. Reported no housekeeping, manager said they dont service the apartments, its their parent company. This even though our booking clearly states free Internet and daily housekeeping. We also found a pair of ladies lingerie in our room, so we dont think it was cleaned well either. Awful service.

We stayed in one of the apartments. It was very spacious. Lovely location, right by the sea. There is a little park opposite which is handy for dogs. Only thing I would say is it was very hot when we were there and a fan would have been appreciated. Although windows were open it was still very hot if no breeze. But overall a lovely place. We don't normally travel north so it was nice to experience it. Scarborough is a very lovely place with nice beaches and lots to see.

Stayed in one of the apartments and it was brilliant. It was spacious, very clean and perfect for what we needed. The location was great and parking was easy. The staff were lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
