Ash Villas

Ash Villas is a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor in central Southport, within easy reach of the beach, shops, restaurants and the promenade. It sleeps four guests and comes as a whole property to yourselves. The living room has a bay window and Freeview television; the dining room is separate. Both bedrooms have kingsize beds and their own Freeview TV. The bathroom includes a bath with shower and heated towel rail.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer mean you can prepare meals or do laundry without fuss. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is private parking for two cars on site. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out before 10:00. The property is non-smoking.

Southport has long been popular with birdwatchers; Marshside RSPB Nature Reserve is nearby, and Martin Mere Nature Reserve lies 10 miles away. The town itself hosts an airshow, flower show and food and drink festival through the year. Golf courses are scattered across the area. Please note this property is for guests aged 14 and over.
