Groups and large families will find 28 The Promenade works well for a seaside stay. The six bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two floors can accommodate up to 12 people, with a mix of double and single beds arranged to suit different group compositions. A Victorian property from the 19th century, it remains one of the few along the promenade still operating as a single house rather than flats or hotels, and the scale reflects its origins—high ceilings and generously proportioned rooms keep things feeling spacious despite the occupancy. The entrance is at ground level, and there's a stairgate available if needed.
Downstairs holds the living room with television and DVD player, a kitchen/dining space with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and range cooker, plus a utility room and sun room. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 have ensuite facilities; the remaining two share the main bathroom. Wi-Fi and heating are included; towel hire is available separately. There is parking for four cars on site, and an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Smoking is not permitted.
The promenade location puts you within a ten-minute walk of the pier, amusement arcades, Splash World water park, bowling, cinema and restaurants. Wayfarers Arcade is nearby, and the wider Sefton Coast stretches along more than 20 miles of shoreline.
