What visitors say
Great park with nice walks in the nature. Warm cafe with friendly staff. Brilliant place to spent family day outdoor. Deers worth to see, if you lucky enough they come close to you and you can get nice shot close by. Highly recommended 😊

One of the best National Trust sites. A large well maintained sites with loads to see, there’s also a deer park right next to it that’s easy to spot them.

One of the best National Trust places for me. About 1,000 acres of park with Fallow deer residents. ( no feeding!!) The house is over 600 years old and started as a Archbishops Palace. Great for walkers / runners. Dogs must be on leash. Going up the tower is a must . ( and popping into cafe afterwards. Room guides very knowledgeable and helpful

I would give it 10 stars if I could. One of the most beautiful and vast woodlands i have ever seen with so many herds of deers. Can't describe in words the beauty of the place.
