About Royal Hotel Sheerness
Sheerness sits on the Kent coast at the mouth of the Thames and Medway, and its Broadway is where you'll find the Royal Hotel Sheerness. The town's seafront and coastal attractions are within easy reach, making the hotel a straightforward base for exploring this stretch of the Isle of Sheppey.
The hotel has 27 rooms, with drinks available in-room and a lift serving the building. There's a restaurant and bar on-site alongside a snack bar and garden, plus breakfast and free WiFi throughout. Guests travelling with pets are welcome, and free on-site parking takes care of one of the usual travel headaches.
Beyond the rooms, the hotel covers a fair amount of practical ground: laundry service, luggage storage, business services and meeting rooms, concierge help, and childcare available on request. It also operates as a wedding venue. Outside the front door, Broadway itself offers further pubs, bars and restaurants, with entertainment nearby for evenings out beyond the hotel.
People say this hotel is quiet and pet-friendly, with a good atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable beds.
Other reviews mention rooms can be poorly maintained and lack basic amenities.
