Pheasants Folly is a detached barn conversion built from characterful stone, sitting back from surrounding grounds with its own garden and patio. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed and its own ensuite bathroom fitted with heated towel rails. Downstairs holds a living room with woodburner and smart TV, plus a kitchen-diner equipped for proper cooking—electric range, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with initial logs for the fire.

The private hot tub is the standout feature, positioned to take in the views across the grounds. There is lawned garden space with furniture and a BBQ, private parking for two cars, and one dog is welcome. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. Horse stabling can be arranged on request, and travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available if needed.

Location-wise, you're well positioned for exploring Shropshire and into Wales. Llangollen—with its steam railway, horse-drawn barges and motor museum—is a 20-minute drive away. Oswestry and Welshpool are within 15 minutes, while Shrewsbury and Chester are roughly 30 minutes by car. The area is crossed by walking routes including Offa's Dyke path, and there are numerous National Trust properties nearby for a day out.
