Stable End

Shropshire

Stable End is a restored barn conversion that retains its character—oak tiles, exposed brick, rustic beams and distinctive diamond-patterned brickwork are still visible throughout. The building sits on a working farm in North Shropshire, within walking distance of the railway station and close to the Welsh border, offering genuine countryside seclusion rather than just a rural postcode.

Three kingsize bedrooms are spread across the first floor, each with a Smart TV and plenty of natural light; two have en-suites, and there is a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining room connect via patio doors to a courtyard, while a sitting room with wood burner opens onto a front patio. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a ground-floor wet room, round out the practical spaces. The property sleeps six and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. Heating comes from an air source heat pump with underfloor heating on the ground floor, and wood for the burner is included. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; the kitchen is fitted for cooking proper meals. Two rear gardens with seating and a barbecue give more outdoor space. Private parking for three cars is on site. No smoking indoors.
