The Larches sits high on the Kerry Ridgeway, where the landscape rolls away across the Shropshire Hills with minimal light pollution overhead. This cottage is all on one level, making it straightforward to move around. You get a sitting and dining space with French doors opening onto a deck, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles), and two bathrooms with shower cubicles. Essentials including bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered; heating comes from a wood pellet stove.
The private garden has a furnished terrace and barbecue, plus an enclosed hot tub for four. Parking is on site. Bishops Castle, a working market town with its own breweries, pubs and independent shops, lies about 5 miles away. Ludlow and the Welsh border country are within easy reach for day trips. The property does not permit smoking.

A wonderful lodge - we've loved the peace and quiet. The accomodation itself is modern, clean, and the owners have thought of everything. A great dog-friendly place to stay in beautiful Shropshire. We'll definitely be coming back 🐕☀️

Such a lovely, pet friendly lodge. Louise and Steve were extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The place was sparkling clean, and well equipped with everything we could need. The surrounding area is just pure green, calmness and beauty. We will definitely come back!
