Tangmere Military Aviation Museum

I would rate this campsite as excellent. It's spacious and spotless! Dog friendly too! You won't be disappointed. Incase those looking to book aren't aware, you can also arrange car hire, which will be dropped off and collected from the site too through Panther Car Hire. Should you only have a large motorhome with you. Bar open everyday and Pizza (Wednesday) and Korean food (Thursday to Saturday) offering is delicious. Order online to pay by card or it's cash only if ordering in person. Do check their Instagram though for the days you are staying, as sometimes food isn't available and/or Private or live music events are published. To make the site even more perfect, I would suggest more day to day items available in the shop would be useful. The communal shower room areas could benefit from air conditioning being fitted, as the rooms are more like you are having a sauna. 🤣 Re-instate a pedestrian bridge between the Emperor pitch area as a shortcut back to the bar/food area. As someone with a disability, I prefer to book an Emperor pitch, for the day cabin, but the distance and road surfacing makes it difficult to walk back to the bar/reception area.

We had a lovely time and experience. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The pitches are superb no matter which ones you choose. The showers and facilities are fantastic and clean. Like staying in a hotel. We had both Pizza and Asian street food which was great and very tasty. Couldn’t fault anything.

One word for this caravan park - Exceptional! Genuinely, I cannot fault one thing. This is luxury caravanning and so comfortable. They even have a free to use, large capacity, ice machine, available 24/7. In this year's temperatures, we found that very useful indeed. Of course, everyone mentions the shower blocks, which truly are are very special, 10/10, but a highlight for me was the bar and patio area. So welcoming and comfortable. Excellent wifi everywhere on site and excellent tv reception. The small team of staff were incredibly friendly, especially the gentleman that ws there throughout our stay. I can remember his name, but so friendly and helpful.We stayed on Fuchsia plot, which is lovely, but I saw another very special spot, which is called 'Spartacus'. Having said that, all of the spots are lovely? As I said, I can't fault the place. If you do visit, go along to Bracklesham Bay, park in the car park at the beach and walk to west Witting, along the seashore. Such a lovely experience. We also visited nearby Bosham. really quaint and gorgeous beachside walk. Some lovely gardens along the front . All in all, loved the whole place!

We have just returned from a 7 night stay and could not fault the site. The facilities were modern and kept spotlessly clean. The added bonus was the free ice machine - much needed in the heat! Our dog loved walking in the 2 fields, particularly the one leading down to Bosham Stream where he paddled in the clear water. Staff were brilliant and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.
