Lower Peastocking

Lower Peastocking is a single-storey property on the ground floor, a mile from Meriden village. Two guests share a double bedroom with its own Smart TV, a shower room with walk-in access, and a combined living and kitchen space. Bifold doors lead to a private patio where a hot tub sits in the garden, alongside a sauna and outdoor furniture. One dog stays free of charge.

The kitchen comes equipped for cooking proper meals—electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave. A wood burner warms the living room on cooler evenings. A utility room with washing machine is there for longer stays. Essentials like electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered. You get private parking for two cars and an electric charging point available by prior arrangement with the owner. CCTV cameras are positioned outside the building. Smoking is not permitted.

The cottage suits couples wanting a quiet break, or those with business at the nearby NEC. Meriden itself has pubs, shops and a village green. Check-in is after 15:00, checkout before 10:00.
