⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed for one night after swapping our caravan with a local dealer and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. 🥰🐓🦉🌳🐿🎣 Such a lovely, quiet site with a really peaceful atmosphere. 🤫 Great little find with all amenities you need outside of your own caravan The warden and owner were incredibly friendly and super helpful, even keeping a surprise secret visit from friends who were staying on site. Who didn't expect us, let alone in a new caravan 🤭 Great recycling point, even food recycling ♻️ Clean shower and toilet block 🚿🧻 Metered electric 🥰⚡️🔌 We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Phippins Farm Caravan Park.🚐 easy access to motorway.🛣

Love it here! Great quiet location and everybody is really nice and helpful. Dog friendly and adult only what more could you want.

Pippins farm is a well kept and very quiet farm. There are toilets and showers in place, a very good recycling system as well. There is a good security access as well. Dog walks in the next field, no children. Very calm and quiet. Unfortunately Highbridge is pretty much closed on a Monday and Tuesday, there is not a lot restaurant wise unless you go into Brean. Apparently, or so we were told, even taxis don't run after 7pm. A lot for it, some against

Our first ever outing in our motorhome and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff at Phippins Farm were super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Such a great start to our motorhoming journey – highly recommend this site!
