What visitors say
Can only comment on the fishing side of things and not the holiday side. Fishing at withy water is great with easy access to the lake from the main car park. All the swims are nice and flat with no awkward banks so suitable for all ages. The island in the middle is about 16m(some areas more and some less). The fishing is top notch if you want a nice day on a waggler the carp can be caught in numbers. When Beverley comes around to take the money she is often full of information on how it's fishing and what's working well at the time. Will definitely keep coming for many more times 🎣

Very nicely kept site and the lady on reception was very helpful. The fishing lake is well Maintained and I had a very enjoyable days fishing there. Will definitely be back.

Great little stop over! Stayed here for a stopover for one night on route to Cornwall in our campervan. Couldn’t book online you have to phone up to pay and said I’d get a email confirmation but never did. An online booking system would save this campsite so much time and it’d be simpler for people to book. However when we turned up it was all fine. Extremely quiet, adult only site perfect for us. Only one toilet and shower block, about 4/5 showers for everyone BUT they were super clean. Nice walk around the fishing lake.

Stayed as a stopover on the way to Plymouth Ferry Port from Yorkshire. Ideal night halt and easy access from the M5. Greeted by Bev who explained where all the amenities are located. Level hardstanding pitches in a glorious setting. Friendly and welcoming owners. Highly recommend 👌
