Rural Somerset on the edge of Exmoor offers walking straight from your door into moorland and woodland, with Minehead's beaches 15 miles away and Dunster's castle within reach. Beer Farm occupies 15 acres down a private track, a detached barn conversion with enough space for six people across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The ground floor has a living room with a woodburner, a separate sitting room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs are two further bedrooms. One has a super kingsize bed; the other has two singles. The first bedroom, downstairs, also has an ensuite. The essentials—heating, linen, towels and wifi—come as standard. One dog is welcome, and there's a bike store for exploring further afield.
What makes this place different is the indoor heated pool, 19 feet by 8 feet, and the games room outside with table tennis and table football. The grounds include woodland to walk through, a stream, and a veranda with a barbecue. You have private parking for four cars on site.

Beer Farm: Simply idyllic Safe for dogs with loads of exercise space. We loved it. A very remote location, beware if you have a car whose paintwork you worry about. Drive a sports car? Forget it! Why it dropped a star... although the location and layout is perfect the property needs a bit of tlc. Peeling paint in the master shower, loose floor tiles, loose banister, broken door on the swimming pool. A pity as it niggles given the cost of staying there. That said, would we visit again? Absolutely!

Amazing place if you want peace and quiet. Lovely pool. Whole place was very clean and the owners are very nice. We can't wait to come back it was lovely having the pool after a day out exploring
