Everything happens on the ground floor in an open-plan arrangement. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can cook as simply or ambitiously as you wish. The living space includes a dining area and a sitting room with Freeview TV. The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite with shower, heated towel rail and toilet. Electric heating keeps you warm, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Bed linen and towels are provided. One dog stays free (a second can be accommodated, but both must stay on a lead). A back garden with seating and furniture gives you outdoor space; on warmer days, this becomes somewhere to linger over breakfast or spend an evening. One car can park on site. The property is non-smoking.
