Hollies Cottage 14 is a self-contained two-bedroom property sleeping four, with everything needed for a week away already in place. The kitchen has electric cooking, a full-sized fridge and microwave; the living space includes a 50-inch television and French doors opening onto a garden with patio furniture. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard, and there is parking for one car on the premises.
Both bedrooms have king-size beds and televisions. The first bedroom has an ensuite shower room; the second offers an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. Heating is provided throughout. The property does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome to stay.
The cottage sits within a complex of luxury holiday homes near Martock, a market town about a mile away with independent shops, cafés and local restaurants. The Hollies Hotel, just 300 yards distant, serves food and drink and offers guests use of its gym and bicycles. Montacute House, Barrington Court and Lytes Cary Manor—all National Trust properties—are within easy reach, as are the larger towns of Yeovil and Crewkerne, both under 15 minutes' drive away.
