Yeovil and Crewkerne are under 15 minutes by car, offering larger shops and restaurants if needed.

The cottage spreads over two floors. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with a 50-inch TV and French doors to an enclosed garden; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for cooking from scratch. Three bedrooms upstairs include a king-size room with an ensuite shower, a second king-size bedroom, and a single room; a family bathroom serves the rest. Two bathrooms total, both with heated towel rails. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for one car on site and room for another on the road outside.

Essentials including wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. An on-site hotel 300 yards away serves breakfast and dinner if you prefer not to cook, and has a gym and bikes available. No smoking indoors. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
