Hollies Cottage 8 is part of a small complex of luxury cottages near Martock, a market town known for its distinctive local stone buildings and independent shops. The property sits on a first-floor layout, everything on one level: a combined living and dining space with a 50-inch smart TV, a kitchen with electric cooking, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite shower, one with a double), and a main bathroom with bath and shower. Heating, electricity, linen and towels are all included, along with wifi and private parking for one car.

The cottages share access to Hollies Hotel's gym facilities and bikes, useful for exploring the surrounding countryside. Martock itself is less than a mile away. National Trust properties including Montacute House, Barrington Court and Lytes Cary Manor are within reach for a day out, and the larger towns of Yeovil and Crewkerne lie under 15 minutes' drive. A pub and restaurant are a quarter-mile away. No smoking is permitted in the cottage. One pet is welcome.
