Kingfisher Lodge is a two-bedroom lodge on Redlake Farm near Somerton, fully equipped for self-catering with everything included—wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. The ground floor layout has an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen fitted for proper cooking: gas oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with heated towel rails. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed; bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be linked together.
French doors lead from the living space onto a decked terrace with garden furniture and countryside views. The main draw is the private hot tub, positioned to take in the surrounding rural landscape. Parking is available for two cars. The lodge is non-smoking.
Somerton village, with its market and independent cafés, is nearby. Wells Cathedral is a short drive, and Cheddar Gorge is within reach for days out. For a quieter base, the property sits within five and a half acres of Somerset farmland.
