Minehead's seafront, coastal path and pier are within easy reach of Stags Cottage, which sits in Doverhay on the edge of town. The cottage itself is a modern build designed around comfort: two bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room, sleep four. Underfloor heating and an air source heat pump keep things warm; wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The hot tub sits in the enclosed garden, which has furniture and a barbecue.
Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen and living space with a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bedroom holds a super-kingsize bed and the second a bed that can be configured as either a super-kingsize or two singles. Both rooms have smart televisions. Each ensuite has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Outside, there is parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a seating area. The property is non-smoking.
Families will find the layout straightforward; couples will appreciate the two separate bathrooms. The enclosed garden suits those wanting privacy for the hot tub, and the kitchen equipment means you can cook rather than rely entirely on local restaurants.

Stag cottage is beautiful. Bright, clean and very well equipped. The village is pretty and has everything you need for your visit. We went for three beautiful ten mile walks direct from the cottage. We would deffinately recommend it.

Had a lovely ,peaceful few days at Stagg cottage, the cottage is right in the village of porlock ,walking distance to cafes and pubs whilst browsing the few shops . Unfortunately we had intended to do the lovely walks in the area but our dog had hurt her leg prior to our stay , the area is so pretty for walking .
