The Pennings

The Pennings is a detached house in Somerset sleeping up to eight across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ground floor is arranged as one continuous living space—open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a woodburner, plus a separate games room with table football and a dartboard. One bedroom and an ensuite are also at ground level. Upstairs, three more bedrooms (two with French doors to the garden) and a family bathroom occupy the first floor, though access involves a few steps.

The kitchen has everything for self-catering: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, American-style fridge freezer, wine cooler and coffee machine. A cot and highchair are available if needed. Outside, there is private parking for four cars, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and barbecue, and a children's play area. One well-behaved pet stays at no extra cost. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial logs for the woodburner. No smoking is permitted. Five external steps lead down to the lawn area, and there is no handrail on these steps.
